FINALISTS – The Auto Trader Retailer Awards – Customer Experience Awards 2021
Buying your next car should be exciting, but with so much choice, sometimes it can feel like a daunting process. To help make the process easier, last year Auto Trader introduced their Retailer Awards, designed to recognise some of the best retailers in the business.
On 22nd July they revealed the winners of the Auto Trader Retailer Awards for 2021, awarding 18 trophies across seven categories celebrating the key elements of modern retailing, ranging from the best online and in-dealership customer experience, to the best customer engagement.
We are very pleased to announce that Hayselden Volkswagen Doncaster were finalists and came 2nd overall in the Customer Experience Award category.
With over 13,000 retailers to choose from, finding the best of the best wasn't easy. That's why the finalists were determined by an independent judging panel of independent experts from some of the world's biggest brands, including Google, Rightmove, The Specialist Works, as well as the opinions of thousands of car buyers and the most comprehensive mystery shopping programme Auto Trader have ever conducted.

Like many other businesses we have had to completely change the way we operate and obviously the main change has been around how we interact with our customers via numerous digital platforms. The largest of those platforms is the household name, Autotrader.co.uk. So for them to shortlist us into the top 3 out of 13,000 for an award based on the customer experience, following COVID and all the changes we have had to make, means so much to the Hayselden family.
